I help parents clear the chaos to make room for a consciously crafted, intentional home life.

Our family culture is rooted in our core values.

These core values inform your parenting, family and community WHYs:

Why do you do what you do on a daily basis?
Why are you making each choice that you make?
Why do you celebrate the traditions you celebrate?
Why do you want to set this intention or that goal?

This course is for you if you are yearning to imbue your lists, schedules and plans with meaning.

Work to align your family routines, rhythms and rituals so that those daily, weekly and seasonal practices with your family values.

Should my children be a certain age for me to get the most out of this course?

This course is for parents and caregivers who want to consciously create home-based rhythms & routines that support the whole family. There is a slight lean towards younger children (9 and under) when it comes to crafts & stories.

How structured is the course?

The course is self-paced and the material can be worked through independently at any time. There are also three group coaching calls from 2021 that can be viewed.

Is the content Christian leaning?

The content is seasonally inspired and leaves a lot of room for cultural and religious interpretation so that you can create your own family traditions rooted in your personal faith practices. That said, as my family is of Christian background, the crafts, stories and ideas I share may have a Christian/European/Pagan flare or slant (eg. Carving Pumpkins or Harvest Feasts).

Should I live in a colder climate to get the most out of this course?

The content is seasonally inspired and leaves a lot of room for cultural and religious interpretation so that you can create your own family traditions rooted in your personal faith practices. That said, as my family is of Christian background, the crafts, stories and ideas I share may have a Christian/European/Pagan flare or slant (eg. Carving Pumpkins or Harvest Feasts).

Is this specifically for homeschoolers?

No it is not. Although homeschoolers are welcome to join and will gain a lot from the material, a part of the material will be about “Back to School” preparations.

Homeschoolers can still use these lists and ideas but a lot of the organizational ideas and material is catered towards families who do school drop offs and pick ups, pack lunches and school bags on a daily basis.

Is this the same content as your previous Harvest and Autumn Guides?

Some, but not all, of the content is recycled from the old Whole Family Rhythms Autumn Guide, Whole Family Traditions and The Whole Family Harvest Guide. You may notice in particular crafts, stories and recipes that you also found in those Guides. However the content is reframed from a simpler perspective.

Are there scholarships available?

It is important to me that there are opportunities for all parents to do this work. In alignment with these values, there are 10 scholarship spots available for the 2022 Autumn in the Home course.

My intention is that sharing these resources will create a positive ripple effect within families and communities. These scholarships are for people who experience a range of barriers as a result social systems which often discriminate based on race, ethnicity, religion, class, sexual orientation and gender identity.

Scholarship recipients are chosen on a first come first serve basis. If you are are BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, disabled, a single parent or part of an ethnic or religious minority and cannot make this commitment because of financial hardship please email me directly.
