Journaling rituals that cultivate self-care, gratitude, reverence and action.

Make space for your

physical, emotional, and personal well-being.

Show up for yourself.

As parents, a lot of the day-to-day effort we put in can feel invisible.

The emotional load we carry is immense.

The number of household tasks feels endless.

Our own health and well-being fall to the bottom of the list.

We neglect our own vision, needs, and desires to keep the peace and ensure everyone else’s comfort.

Self-care is hard to come by when you’re caring for a family.

When my four children were small I was their primary caregiver.

My husband worked 7 days a week and struggled with functional alcoholism in the evenings.

I felt guilty for spending any time on myself. Everything on my to-do list (caregiving, shopping, cleaning, laundry, work, family time) came before my own self-care. I poured everything into making sure everyone else in my home was taken care of while my own health was slipping to the bottom of the pile.

My energy levels started dropping. Afternoon slumps became the norm- slightly abated by caffeine and chocolate. I was anxious without really knowing why. I knew what my family values were, but didn’t make the time to consider how those values were playing out in my own life outside of raising kids. When we moved from Australia to Canada, my husband began his sobriety journey. I knew I could only begin healing from the trauma and challenges if I found a way to return home to myself.

But how?

No one else was going to give me permission to take care of myself. It finally clicked that it was my responsibility to start showing up for myself.

It’s not like I hadn’t tried already…

I’d plan the perfect morning routine only to have my children jumping on top of me before I’d got out of bed.

In the evening, I’d have the best intentions for a calming bedtime ritual… only to end up either falling asleep in my kid’s beds or scrolling through social media way past my bedtime.

I realized none of the solutions we’re being sold ever consider our unique needs, values and learning styles.

Reclaiming time for myself wasn’t an overnight transformation

I baby-stepped my way to something I loved, through simplicity and consistency.

I found the resources and community that helped me create something just for me, instead of telling me what I should be doing.

Above all else, I kept my mind focused on my why—a clearly defined set of values and standards that were mine.

Return home to yourself.

WELCOME TO

The GOLDENTIME journal and accompanying course are designed to shift your daily life from overwhelm into one of personal growth and transformation.

Learn how to create daily rituals that connect you to your deepest desires, values and inner workings.

GOLDENTIME is for you if:

You’re consistently overwhelmed and looking for a rhythmic balm in the form of a daily routine.

You know you have unmet needs and you don’t know how to make the shift.

Your love language is: ample time and space for quiet, planning and self-reflection.

GOLDENTIME Practice

Reflect

The practice begins with a seasonal reflection. Our energy levels are directly impacted by the weather, the seasons, the amount of sunlight and darkness in a day and perhaps, even the phases of the moon. When we plan our goals, intentions and habits in alignment with what is happening in the outside world, we promote inner harmony and prevent burn-out.

Reassess

Every week, we review the upcoming seven days. We reassess our priorities and reverse engineer our plans, starting from our desired big-picture goals and breaking them down into the daily actions and habits we need to develop.

Set Intentions

Every morning we set intentions, clarify goals, and cultivate a sense of gratitude before beginning the day. In the evening, we focus on reflection, service and personal support.

Find Clarity and Purpose

At the end of a seasonal cycle of GOLDENTIME journaling, you will have a greater sense of clarity and purpose. The daily practice is designed to help you prioritize what matters weekly, monthly and seasonally.

There are two ways to start creating your GOLDENTIME daily ritual:

First option

Self Start

The first is a Self Start option.

This includes a printed GOLDENTIME Journal with everything you need to get started. The stand-alone GOLDENTIME Journal is available for purchase year-round. The journal is printed in perpetual format, meaning you can start whenever you want and fill-in the dates.

Second option

GoldenTime
Collective Radiance

A LIVE guided 42-Day group coaching journey done in a community setting from April 12th to May 24th, 2026.

The course includes:

N

The GOLDENTIME Journal (in print) sent to your door.

N
Daily Group Coaching prompts via WhatsApp.
N

Weekly Live Video Calls. A space for us to plan, set intentions and connect as a community.

N

A library of Wellness Resources with a focus on balanced nutritional habits, cultivating movement habits and healthy sleep hygeine.

N

A 2026 focus on “digital hygiene”: reclaiming out time, hearts and minds by stripping down our phones and making intentional changes to minimize constant scrolling and distraction.

N

The archived Virtual Self-Care Library from guest experts including meditations, a tapping sequence, mini-guides on tea ceremony, breathwork, herbal self-care recipes.

N

Journaling playlists curated just for GOLDENTIME.

The first step with any new habit or practice is to commit to a minimum timeframe so that the practice becomes a part of our habit body. Research suggests habits take anywhere from 21 to 60 days for new habits to form and stick.

I am so confident that this will be a transformational experience, I am offering a money-back guarantee to those who join Collective Radiance.**

Let’s create nourishing rituals together.

It’s our souls that are tired, not our bodies.
We need nature. We need magic. We need adventure.
We need truth. We need stillness…
We need to wake up and live.

FAQs

How much time per day do I need to dedicate to the course?

This course is meant to feel achievable. Journaling will take 5 minutes in the morning and evening. If you want your rituals to be richer than that you can embellish. I’ll send you one Whatsapp voice or text message a day. It’s up to you whether you respond in the group or not. There will be weekly Zoom calls meant to simply hold space for planning the week ahead.  They are optional. In total, it shouldn’t take more than 2 hours a week to get A LOT from this experience.

When do orders need to be made for the journal to arrive in time for the live round?

Orders in the USA can take 5-7 days to process and arrive to you. Expect International orders to take longer. With this in mind, the sooner you are ready to commit to the GOLDENTIME Collective Radiance course the better. We officially start journaling together on April 12th, 2026. If your journal hasn’t arrived by then the PDF version will be available to you on the course page until your physical journal arrives.

Can I split the cost of the course into 2-3 payments?

If you really need to split the cost of the course into smaller payments, email me and we can work something out.

Are there scholarships available?

It is important to me that there are opportunities for anyone who wants to do this work. In alignment with these values, there are 3 scholarship spots available.

My intention is that sharing these resources will create a positive ripple effect within families and communities. These scholarships are for people who experience a range of barriers as a result social systems which often discriminate based on race, ethnicity, religion, class, sexual orientation and gender identity.

Scholarship recipients are chosen on a first come first serve basis. If you are BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, disabled, a single parent or part of an ethnic or religious minority and cannot make this commitment because of financial hardship please email me directly.

I ask that anyone offered a scholarship still purchases the printed journal + covers shipping. The 42-day mentorship is what is being offered.

How does the Whatsapp Group work?

Once enrolled in GOLDENTIME Collective Radiance you will be directed to the course page where you will find all the course materials. This will include an invite to join the Whatsapp Group as well as Community Guidelines to follow within the group. I will send one text or voice message day designed and intended to deepen your practice and support you to build your daily ritual. I will endeavor to answer many messages and questions in the Whatsapp Group depending on the size of the group. You are welcome to char amongst each other and share your experiences within the group as well.

When are the weekly planning calls?

The GOLDENTIME Collective Radiance weekly calls will be held on Sundays at 3pm EST on Zoom for 45 minutes to an hour. It will be like a virtual study hall. Everyone can use this time to plan for the week ahead, journal, meal plan or get any other important work done. I will often play music to help us focus and will take questions at the beginning of each call.

** What are the details of the money back guarantee?

If at the end of our 42 days you do not feel that the course has brought any positive benefit to you, I will refund the amount (minus the journal cost and shipping) IF you have attended all of the weekly calls and you provide evidence of your commitment to daily journaling (proof you have filled out all the pages in your journal). Refunds must be claimed between May 24th to May 31st 2026. Not before or after those dates.
